"It happens every time" department.
Yesterday I took the chains out of the car and put them in the basement. And this morning it is snowing. The report calls for 4 to 8 inches of snow.

Last night the next door dogs barked a lot. So about 11 PM I called 911 and a policeman eventually showed up. Of course the dogs did not bark while he was there, but started again as soon as he left!
