TRIP TO THE DELMARVA PENINSULAR

In August 1988 Margaret and I took a trip to the Eastern Shore of Virginia. The Delmarva peninsular separates the Chesapeake bay from the Atlantic ocean.

We stayed at the Washington Hotel in the little town of Princess Anne in Camden County, Maryland. Here is Margaret sitting on the veranda of the hotel.

Another picture of Margaret on the veranda.

Margaret stands underneath the gigantic Crepe Myrtle tree behind the hotel in the parking lot.

The main thing to do on the eastern shore is to take the boat to Tangier Island. Here I am waiting for the boat to get underway.
