Jones Memorial Library (page 3)
The Jones Memorial Library was the primary library of Lynchburg for many years. Some years ago the original library building was abandoned. The library is now housed in the Lynchburg Public Library building on Fort Avenue in Pitman Plaza. The library now specializes in providing materials for genealogical research and is second only to the Virginia State Library in this ability.
